Report abuse

If an account, message, or space is used to harass, scam, or distribute illegal material, report it:

  • from inside the app: Chat menu → Report,
  • or by email to abuse@svoi.red with a link or screenshot.

Reports sent to support@svoi.red with the subject report abuse are handled on the same queue.

Account and billing

  • Account and sign-in questions: support@svoi.red.
  • Billing, subscription, and payment-receipt questions: include the last 4 digits of the transaction or the order id in your message. Do not send full card numbers.
  • Subscription-related FAQ entries are covered on the pricing page.

App review support note

App-store reviewers and compliance teams can reach the Svoi product team directly at support@svoi.red with the subject app review. We respond within one business day on app review requests, ahead of the general support queue.
