If an account, message, or space is used to harass, scam, or distribute illegal material, report it:
- from inside the app:
Chat menu → Report, - or by email to
abuse@svoi.redwith a link or screenshot.
Reports sent to support@svoi.red with the subject report abuse
are handled on the same queue.
Account and billing
- Account and sign-in questions:
support@svoi.red. - Billing, subscription, and payment-receipt questions: include the last 4 digits of the transaction or the order id in your message. Do not send full card numbers.
