How do I install Svoi?

Native clients for iOS, macOS, Windows, Android and the web client are all on the download page. The macOS binary is signed and Apple-notarized, so Gatekeeper accepts it without warnings.

How do I sign in with an invite?

Got a code from a friend? Enter it on the home page in the invite-code field, or just follow the link they sent. You can attach a Telegram account on first sign-in so recovery is easier later.

A call won't connect, what should I try?

Re-open the chat and try again. Calls automatically fall back across four transport layers, including TLS 443 for hostile networks. If your network blocks every outbound port including 443, the call will not go through at all, and that is a network problem, not the app.

How do I add another device?

Settings → «Devices» → «Add a device». Scan the QR code from your new client. On the free tier you can keep up to 3 devices per account.

How do I delete my account?

Full walk-through is on the account-deletion page. In short: in the app → «Settings» → «Delete account». Keys and data are wiped straight away.

I want to report a user or a chat.

We deliberately do not publish an email address. A public mailbox drowns in spam within a day, and real replies get lost between ads and phishing. So the form lives right here on the site. Messages go into a dedicated Svoi account, and a real person on the team reads them.

Once it goes live, we reply within 72 hours on any topic. Security reports are read ahead of the queue, so the reply usually comes sooner.
