Account deletion

Svoi account deletion is initiated inside the app. This page exists to satisfy app-store discoverability and to support users who prefer reading the procedure on the web.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Svoi app.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion.

The account is marked deleted immediately on confirmation and removed from message routing.

What is removed

• Account and linked-device identifiers.
• Chat metadata and group participation records.
• Subscription data beyond the minimum required for accounting.

What may be retained temporarily

• Records of payment transactions, as required by accounting rules.
• Security-related service logs that do not include message content.

These are removed after the retention periods required by applicable law.
